absolutely shambolic that the product was damaged but the refuse to offer a refund or replacement...do not buy as they absolutely do not care about customers receiving the product they expect and pay for #cowboys

This was bought as a gift, and was well received. Just a little sad as the packaging was a little squashed.

Packaging of gift box dented and torn
This was intended as a gift. The box is in an awful state. I would like a refund but I am unable to return the item. Not worth the money in my view!
