Got these today and started using after a quick wash. They look exactly like the images, so no surprises there. The outer wall stays cool even when the contents are boiling - suggests good thermal insulation properties, so contents stay hot (or cold) for longer. I know somebody will ask so I've just measured the capacity - the stated 350ml is to the brim and is accurate. The glass is quite thin so they are light. Might just be me, but they can have a bit of a deceptively 'plasticky' appearance though they are definitely glass. I got them along with a new coffee machine so I could see the layering in lattes/cappuccinos etc. - bit of pretentious silliness, I know, but they do do it rather well! Overall, these glass mugs are elegant to look at and pleasant to use. The rim is a nice thickness against the lips and they generally look and feel like a good quality mug. I'm very pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend.

I am pleased with these double walled glasses. They seem to be well made. The insulation properties are good. I discovered these glasses are also light and they have a 'good feel' to them when handling and using them.

Got these to go with new coffee machine.... I kept these an returned the machine, they're a nice set of glasses, hold just enough for large coffee, would have preferred just a bit more capacity, but as for quality they are so lightweight, don't know how it'll go if i dropped one or accidentally hit it off something...time will tell on that one, keep liquid hot and can hold the mug without handle and be fine, you can tell it's hot...but just, so thats good, description says NOT dishwasher safe but i read some other reviews whom they had put in theres and was fine, so i tried on intensive cycle and yes they came out fine and sparkling clean, i tossed the little spoons in the clutter drawer as they're pointless, there so small, they cant go in dishwasher as they would fall right through, overall I'd recommend, look different from the usual more conventional mugs everybody's got.

These glasses are lovely and the packaging is also great, nice size and great quality, definitely recommend these.

I’ve used many styles of “double-walled” glass mugs in the past and these are the best I’ve come across. They’re a really good size and feel really nice in your hand. The handle is well placed and the mugs have a solid, quality feel. They come beautifully packed (the phrase “bomb-proof” comes to mind). Of course, these things are, by their very nature, fragile, (They’re thin glass) so will, no doubt, eventually be dropped or knocked over, and unless they have a short drop or soft landing, they will break. This is a given with this style of mug. The somewhat silly and cheap spoons let them down a bit. I’d rather they were sold without them and the price reduced (although I can’t believe they cost more than a few pence). If you’re looking for a set of good quality, good size double-walled glass mugs, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Looked everywhere for glass mugs that I liked and these did not disappoint

As advertised. The handle feels a little light but other than that, does exactly what it’s supposed to
