Works Outstanding
Every year I was having corrosion problems and I found this product on Amazon. I spray my reels off after each use and I no longer have corrosion on my reels. This stuff is great and lasts a long time. I highly recommend it if you want to protect your fishing reels.

I live on the South Texas coast and a guide told me to never rinse my reel and to use this instead. I've been using it for 4 years on my Shimano spinning reel and it still works like a charm. My old method of rinsing with fresh water yielded a 1 year lifespan on most reels. It's a product that DOES work. The 16 oz is a great value.

Amazing product!!
This product is great and I believe will extend the use of your reels, especially when used for saltwater use. I am however upset that the price used to be $16 on here and is now $25. This product can be bought at bass pro and cabelas for 13.99. I have tried to get it price matched on here multiple times and the best Amazon can do is $20. Great product but I refuse to pay a 20-40% premium to buy from amazon. Otherwise, I use after every trip and I think it does great!

As Advertised!!
I use this on all my salt water reels. I spray them down with water and soap after fishing, then the reel guard cleaner and finally a coat of Reel Guard and have noticed a huge reduction in salt buildup and damage. I leave my gear on my boat near the water and salt in the air is constant. Without Reel Guard a reel would corrode in a season or less. With it I have not lost a single reel to corrosion. Remember the product is not a miracle cure for damaged reels and your neglect will not be overcome, but for me this was the perfect solution for the protection from trip to trip and I recommend to all others definitely in a salt environment. Good spray to keep your reel clean of salt build up
I like to spray my reels with this every time after use in salt water. Its excellent in keeping the salt from building up on the reels. I just wish they sold a larger quantity at a more economical price.

Not full.
Bottle does not come as full as you think. The advertised picture is not correct. Mine is not even near the bottle neck of the bottle. Hopefully it really is 16 oz or else I'm getting screwed over.
