Great book and price was good

The cover, the font type and the colors are beautiful, this edition is perfect for gifting to friends, totally recommendable as a first contact with the word of God. Small, light, and there is a chapter at the end about how to become a christian.

Here is one sample of these powerful true verses: John 1:9-10, 9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him.

its good starter book for beginners and teaching ,not expensive . good to hand out not intimidateing .

This is a perfect size to fit in a purse. The Gospel of John is a wonderful introduction to God's word for people unfamiliar with the Bible.

This is a wonderful book. It's perfectly sized (and priced) to give away to people who might not have a Bible. Due to the small size, they're able to print it in a large size that's easy to read, and yet it's not a huge book like the Bible is, so it's less intimidating for people new to the Word. It's a great first step. Also features the plan of salvation drawn from "To Be a Christian" by the late J. I. Packer and an introduction written by Dane Ortlund as well as links to Crossway (the company that publishes the English Standard Version), where there are resources and free online Bibles. Can't recommend this enough for sharing the Word of God. KEY POINTS: ☙ Perfect size to carry a couple with you in your purse, glove compartment, etc. ☙ Good price point at less than $5. ☙ Includes resources for those new to the gospel so they can continue to grow in Jesus. I hope this helps in your decision to purchase. Bottom line: Would I buy it for myself? Probably not—but then I have full-size Bibles. But I'm fixing to buy another five because I give them away as often as I can. I hope they do some good. Since the Word of God does not return void, I believe that they are making it to those who need it. 🙂
