I bought this after reading an article online about the health benefits. I have been taking this for 3 weeks and I have been taking more than the recommended dose. I figure after a month I'll cut back to the recommended dose. I haven't noticed any reduction knee pain but I have noticed other benefits. I climb lots of stairs at work and would get a little winded and the leg muscles would be burning. Now yesterday was a particularly busy stair climbing day due to maintenance being done. It didn't even occur to me until late in the shift that I was climbing 8 floors with ease. My legs were not burning, my breathing was relaxed and my heartbeat was just over 100. I wear a fitbit and most times it would be around 140 after climbing 8 floors. Also I usually feel cold, hands and feet, and lately I haven't felt cold at all.Update: After about 2 months of taking this I had blood work done. All my numbers are good. My doctor took me off of 2 prescriptions, one for cholesterol and one for type 2 diabetes. I have added some ginger root and cayenne supplementation as well. I feel better than I have in years.

It helps me with pain relief, easy to swallow and absorbency is great. I will really recommended it for inflammation.

My doctor told me that Turmeric is good for inflammation, so I got these to see if they would help with my finger joint pain. I take 3 every morning. My fingers have definitely had less joint pain since I started taking these! No weird side effects. Pills have a pleasant smell. I would recommend them for minor arthritis pain.

I am loving this Prism Road turmeric curcumin!! I am a hairstylist and have been dealing with a lot of back pain for a long time.. Taking Tylenol and ibuprofen like tic-tacs. Which Caused inflammation in my stomach and a couple of hospital visits. Since I started taking the Prism Road turmeric and curcumin, the inflammation in my stomach is gone and I no longer have to take Tylenol and ibuprofen on a daily for my back. I feel so much better!
