TAP Pummel Ball

Great Slam Ball. Have used this extensively and has held up well. Love the texture and feel of the ball ( squishy ). If looking for a firm slam ball, this isn't for you. I have both kinds, but this is the one I keep using. Very easy to grip. Would recommend.

This ball is a bit smaller than I expected, but it does the job. The material feels like a kid's rubber play ball filled with sand. It is fun to toss back and forth with a partner for some exercise.

To be fair I am used to using my trainers $100.00+++ slam ball. When I saw the price drop down to $23.00 on this one, I thought- why not? Well, there is a difference. First of all, the outer layer is squishy soft. Almost like those small stress relief balls, although I'm sure it's a lot tougher. The biggest problem I find is that when you go to slam it, the material inside shifts. It almost seems to drag you to one side or another if your not very focused. So, I guess you get what you pay for.

My wife and I use this ball for med ball slams in our home gym. It works great for that purpose.

Its a wonderful training ball, you can used almost for every workout, its durable, easy to carry, helps you to stay fit.
