This is the most frustrating product I've ever bought on Amazon.I had these lights professionally installed and hard wired to my cars 12 volt circuit. They worked once or twice, and then stopped working. The paper instructions and the controls on the app are in terrible English, vague, and totally unhelpful.The app tells me that my device is connected, but never responds when I try to turn the lights on. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device multiple times, exiting and re-entering the app multiple times. This was an attractive option for me because I have an SUV and I wanted six light strips. I wish I spent my money elsewhere.Edit* after some fumbling with the app and the lights, the lights now work about 3/4 of the time. I wish I knew why, so I could better understand the app and the lights, but again, the instructions and the app itself are not very user friendly.

I ordered a 6 strip set and Amazon sent me a 4 strip set. I reached out to SUZCO and they immediately took action. They made it more than right 3 times over.. Needless to say, I will definitely be recommending them to anyone!For the lights..I installed them on my pioneer 700-4. Very easy install, plenty of cord. They plug into 12v outlet and it has a power button on the plug. They came with 3m tape on the back but I zip tied them on bc of the weather. These things are super bright and you can make them do so many functions that It's almost limitless. The app comes with over 200 pre-installed configurations.The app can be a bit confusing at first but once you learn which one to use, it is very simple.I think you cannot find a better quality led strip for this price point. I highly recommend it to anyone that may be on the fence about it.

The lights are really neat. one of the lights has a color out so it shows a different color than the rest.. other than that they are ok.

These are lights are BRIGHT! love the unicorn rainbow, app is fairly easy. There are some issues but I'll say it's the user and not the app.For 1 I can't figure out how to sync a single color to music i.e. a colored strobe. But for the price is buy again happily

Supposed to have 6 strips in there for 2nd and 3rd row lighting for my Yukon. Only had 4
