Muy cómodas, desafortunadamente no me ayudaron a mi problema, si es que tienes una lesión o un problema con tu pisada, definitivamente estas plantillas no te van a ayudar, la mejor opción es mandarte a hacer unas diseñadas específicamente para tus necesidades con un ortopedista.

I purchased these insoles to replace the stock flat, flimsy and unsupportive ones included with many liefstyle sneakers (Jordan's, Air Max's etc). For shoes without a removable insole you would probabaly want something a bit thinner so these may not be suitable. These are far more comfortable, offer far better shock absorption and prevent the knee pain I get if on my feet all day with some shoes. The additional arch support is nice (without being too high). I'm basing my review off casual, non-athletic use only but imagine they would be good for running too. The build quality and durability looks good so I predict these will last for a long time. I wear a US 9.5-10 in Nike and Jordan and I am able to slip these in without any trimming. Some more narrow shoes may need a slight trim on the sides but you can get them in there, without doing so, using a bit of nudging. I didn't notice any shifting or squeaking noises that some other insoles have.

Great for tired feet, after working and 8 hr shift and then an additional 5 hrs - felt like my feet were cushioned and comfortable.
