I purchased these 6 months ago, and my review didn't post, but feel it's worth taking the time to say something about these cups. Especially if you're a professional therapist that's trying to decide between all the different types and brands of rigid cups out there. These are the ones you've been looking for!I'm a professional therapist, with over 28 years experience, teach massage and bodywork, and have been cupping for several years now as part of my practice (Several years before it was cool!) I own a few different sets, and have used, or done demonstrations with, other people's cups, and I have to say, these are the best rigid cups I've ever used. If you're not familliar with cupping: All hard plastic, and some glass, cups have a valve on the top that is used to create the vacuum, then hold the pressure while the cup is in use, and finally, to release the cup from the skin. Historically, you've had to reach up inside the cup and grab a tight fitting rubber seal, to remove it along with a plastic piece to clean them between uses. It doesn't sound complicated, but the rubber piece is in there very tight. And while it's hard to work loose on the larger cups, it's almost impossible to get out of the smaller cups (some are less than an inch across!) and you can't grab the seal with a pair of tweezers or something without a very high risk of tearing them, and making the cup useless. After cleaning, the reassembly is only slightly easier. All in all, its a frustrating and time consuming mess. And if they don't seat correctly, you have to re-disassemble and start over! I'm so happy to say these cups are different!!! They disassemble from the TOP, instead of the inside/underside, so the smaller cups are no harder to clean than the larger ones. This makes cleaning the entire set so much faster and less frustrating. If it doesn't seat correctly, you simply pop it off, fix the issue and pop it back together. (And, I've had fewer problems with that too!) So they're easy to wash, easy to use, and convenient because they will still work with the older type as the suction gun and tubing are completely interchangable. I purchased these to expand (and replace a few damaged cups), rather than replace the cupping set I was using, but now fully intend on ditching the old, original style, hard to clean set entirely. These have been a game changer in how long it takes me to reset my room before starting another treatment. As well as how often I'm willing to use the smaller cups (which are really important and useful!) since I don't have to dread the hour of cussing and trying to get them apart, back together and working properly! Absolute genius to flip the valve mechanism, and so simple that I'm still kicking myself for not thinking of it. I'm recommending these cups to my students, and just helped another long time therapist find and pick these for her practice. Oh! Another genius idea! The magnetic tips have rounded points and are spring loaded, so they can actually touch the skin comfortably during use - another amazing improvement over the old pointy tips that hurt, and could actually break the skin, when they touched the patient. Other than the wonderful improvement of the valves and magnetic tips, the cups came nicely packaged with NO non-working cups. The plastic is durable, and very clear (so I can see what's going on underneath them), the suction is good and they stay in place very well with just a few pumps. The suction gun action is smooth, and also opens easily for cleaning. The shape of the gun is ever so slightly different from any of the others I've used, making it a little more comfortable to use, but the heads are still interchangable with every type of cup I've tried it with. There were no rough edges on anything that had to be smoothed down before use, making them completely suitable for dynamic, as well as static, cupping techniques. Overall, 6 months later I'm still absolutely thrilled with this set. One last thing, inside the box was contact information on the company, (written in English!) along with a few spare parts, though I haven't had to replace anything yet. So happy with this purchase and looking forward to seeing what else this company comes up with!

I bought this cupping therapy set for my mom as a birthday gift. It's funny because I know people who have spent over a hundred dollar to purchase a set like this. But I think the quality and price is pretty great.It is very simple to use and operate. My mom has her body aches and pains once in a while and I always massaged her body or put on hot/cold patches. But I figured it would be nice to try something different and I know these cupping therapy equipment gained popularity after Michael Phelps was seen using it during the Rio Olympics.Like mentioned before the cups and pump was very easy to use. The cups also have a valve on top which you can pull on to easily release the air.In a word, it is something anyone can try to get instant body relief.

After seeing these used on the Olympic athletes, I decided to purchase this item.My husband and I had previously had cupping done with the glass jars and fire. After paying $60 per session, we decided it would be worthwhile to give this a try.We both have had previous auto accidents and have chronic neck, back, and shoulder paid. I researched the areas to cup online, as well as watched you tube videos.What I really like about this set is that you can control the level of suction. It states to use for 5 minutes or less, however, I found for myself that I could go longer. For my husband, 5 minutes was perfect. We both really like the send of relief that we feel after using it.It really helps to relieve the tension and pain in our back, neck, and shoulders.

Amazing product! I am not sure how this works but it seems to pull out pain from all through my back. I had some chronic pain and it took it away. I haven't even needed it since the first use and my pain was severe. I am to crazy about getting the hickeys so that's why I haven't used it again. When the comes back, I will though. Much better for me than the tens machines as it gives faster results. Set-up is much faster too. I love this thing and can hardly wait to use it on my husband when he comes to me complaining again.

I do recommend you get cupping from a professional first. To experience what it feels like. Do follow basic common sense, if it hurts, STOP. Do use for 5 to 15 minutes as suggested. I have used it for over a month and even my chiropractor noticed my shoulders were doing much better. I do understand the body more than most as a massage therapist. (19 + years as of 2017). I like it for the fascia release I get in the "traps" / shoulder region of my body. The plastic "gun" will sometimes come free, just screw it back on.

Absolutely in love with this product. Bought it after a trip to China where I go cupped and loved it.Upon arrival to America I wanted to get the therapy again but I couldn't find an affordable way to have it done until this! I bought it and all my friends made fun of me but now that I also cup them, I am slowing making my whole friend group addicted to it. I am also even starting a cupping business in my room for college swimmers.Don't worry about buying books that show you who to cup but rather watch youtube videos about the therapy.

This is the second set I brought for this company. It works as advertised I would give this product five stars except for a few cups that it doesn't vacuum.

It functions well but the plastic is a little low quality, 2 of them are broken after using for 2 months.
