BUYERS BEWARE - This item I used 1 time and it FRIED MY NEW Surface Pro 4!!! Literally I charged the item and when I plugged it into my Surface Pro 4 it began to charge it. Thought everything was perfect. The next day I plugged in the stock Microsoft power cord and the Surface Pro 4 no longer will see power from the Microsoft stock power cord. In taking the item to a Microsoft store they tested it to determine the battery requires replacement.When I contacted the seller I discovered there is only 1 associate in the entire company. She was quick to tell me that my Surface Pro 4 was defective and that their product had nothing to due with causing the battery failure. She knew nothing about the product she was selling and said they do not offer any support.Avoid this product and the company.

I purchased for my Surface Book and Pro 4.Yes, it's good quality and not cheaply made. It cames with the 12V and 15V surface charging cables and Typc C cable, for charging Surface Book at least twice and eight times for my iPhone.Note: some friends maybe don't like to read product user's manual like me, if use this power bank charge for your Surface Book or Surface Pro, don't forgot press to change the light to RED, if green, it will not working for your surface tablets, for this issue, I have asked the Abyone customer service and they are very helps for this.Overall, I love this products at all, and I'll update this review if not.

I purchased this around the 5th of January for use when I travel with my Surface Pro3. I have not used this to charge my SP3 yet, but after reading these reviews about the damage done to SP4's, I'm skeptical about using this charger. Is the manufacture planning on recalling this product? Also, they could have included in the instructions what the red and green lights stood for.

UPDATE:As an update, I brought my damaged SurfacePro 4 to BestBuy/Geek Squad. They + Microsoft determined that this device damaged my computer beyond repair.________This is a dangerous product that will damage your Surface Pro.As other recent reviewers have said (I don't know how I missed their comments prior to buying this), my Surface Pro 4 can no longer charge through the stock power cord or through the docking station, rending a very expensive computer pretty useless.I called their tech person and did speak with a cordial woman who said they were "aware of the issue" and "doing research" but I've yet to hear anything back.So until an obvious fix can be made, do NOT buy this product.

As the others have stated, after using this, the battery will not charge from the Microsoft wall charger as usual. Stay away. Amazon should pull this ASAP.
