Loved every second of it

Better than I could have ever expected. Eddie Vedder’s version of the songs he plays on this audible are like nothing I’ve heard before. Wish I could buy the soundtrack to this Audible. Being a fan I thought it was gonna be stuff I already knew. There was a lot I didn't know.

Eddie's spirit really shines through. He is so honest, humble, and thoughtful and the renditions of the selected songs are just gorgeous. I'm a huge PJ fan, but I think if you're a music fan of any genre you'll appreciate this beautiful recording.

Yes, I'm a long-time PJ fan and so I'm automatically going to find enjoyment from this work of art. However, it answered a lot of questions I had about certain timelines, song lyrics, the band's perspective, and how they have managed their careers as artists. I learned a lot and even took in a few lessons to help me in my personal journey. Just another amazing way EV connects with his fans and constantly shares positivity, kindness, art, and perspective in an authentic way.

Great listen to a brilliant song writer's personal outlook through his years of creating music.

If you could run into an old friend from way back, grab a cup of coffee and relax to catch up on life, and it just happened to be Eddie Vedder, this is how the conversation would go.He isn't reading to you uncomfortably. He hasn't got a fantastic tale that you'll never believe and he's trying to impress you; he is holding a cup of coffee and laughing, leaning in, rubbing his face at the sheer enormity of life when the topic is difficult, painful, real... this is the best experience I've had with getting an insight into an artist's thoughts without it feeling artificial. It is a conversation; and for a brief time, I was there.Thank you Eddie.

I am a huge Pearl Jam fan and really enjoyed the stories told by Eddie. Music was a huge bonus. The acoustic version of Better Man was really solid. He goes through all the different phase of his career and how Pearl Jam found stardom!

If you're already a diehard Pearl Jam fan, there isn't really any new information here. Still, it was great to hear Eddie's version of things in his own words. I'd love to see him write a full autobiography someday.
