These are beautiful. Although these are now made in China instead of England Ike all my others they are very nice. The price was right and they came within a few days.

These dishes make me think of an English place setting, they are very picturesque!! Plus the dishes are well made with thick walls and durability. I’ve had them almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. I bought two sets. I wish I could add to this collection deep ceramic bowls. You see, I tried, but when they arrived from Amazon they were plastic and not ceramic like the set!! Should have just been happy with original purchase and I am!! I Recommend buying it!!! You won’t regret it !! : )

Plates we’re as expected, but the coffee mugs are a strange shape. They are larger than I expected and flair toward the top. 14 oz. Probably why the sets were so low in price. We won’t use the mugs. Also, these are made in China, not England. Plates a slightly more beige shade than my others. English Portmeirion made in England don’t break easily. Time will tell if these hold up.

They arrived in perfect condition and are very beautiful!

I just purchased 2 of these sets,and they are Beautiful, i absolutely love the look of these dishes,i wanted something different this time around so i went with the square design! They are the perfect weight,not super heavy,and not very light.I am currently expanding my new collection,and adding on additional pieces. I had a few salad plates that had several scratches,and Amazon worked with me and offered me a discount,a decent discount,and i was happy with the end result! I wish that they weren't made in China,but i still love them,and i hear that all Botanic Garden square pieces are made there,but they had to be square!!!

Love portmeirion plate set. Good quality and came to me safety nothing break. Yes it made by china. But still nice. . Going to by another set.so I can have 8 person set.
