The machine didn’t work when it arrived and now I have to send it all the way back to get a refund or replacement when I have a week full of clients and no machine now

Fabulous product - all in perfect working order with manual and all parts. Excellent value for money. I had a (very small) delivery issue as my delivery fell over the Coronation weekend. Worked well for about 5/6 treatments before it blew. Tried changing the fuse on the plug and tried using a different kettle lead, but no. The machine is completely broken after 5 uses.
