I’m so very happy that I bought this attachment. It has made folding in the dry ingredients so much better. I’m not beating the air out of my fluffy wet mixture. My cakes are turning out nicer since I started using this attachment.

Ho usato la spatola per realizzare le Camille e sono a dir poco entusiasta di come non si sia smontato l’impasto di uova e zucchero quando ho aggiunto la purea di carote e la miscela di farine!! Sofficissime e bel lievitate! Ho impostato la velocità sul cerchietto, senza andare a 1! All’inizio, parte con un colpo veloce e poi amalgama il successivo senza smontare il precedente! Anche se il prezzo è un po’ altino per una spatola, viene tutto ripagato dall’esito dei dolci e dall’evitarvi la noia di inglobare gli ingredienti, a mano, dal basso verso l’alto! È matematicamente impossibile che il movimento dell’arnese possa compromettere il risultato! Basta solo scegliere la velocità giusta! Servizio Amazon impeccabile anche di domenica, come sempre!!

I have had this item on my wish list for a long time, dithering about whether to purchase. It is expensive and had I paid the full price I may not have rated 5 stars, on value for money. However I succeeded in obtaining one at reduced price because of damaged packaging. Have already used it three times in 2 days. It folds flour and egg white in perfectly. Far better than I would do when there is a bowl full of mixture. Didn’t take any air out at all and I have produced 2 wonderful Swiss rolls and a beautifully risen soufflé. If you do a lot of baking I would certainly recommend.
