Time will tell if it holds up but what I'm most annoyed with is that it is more like a burnt orange then red. It was advertised red and it is not red. not even close.On my patio to the far left there's a bright red chair right next to the bright red chair is a burnt orange chair. To the right of the umbrella, there are another two red chairs. As you can see the patio umbrella is not red and that's annoying but I don't feel like packaging it up to return it.Just trying to save someone else that might think they are receiving a red umbrella.

It's pretty, and it's identical to its online picture. It came on time, undamaged. What more can you ask of it? It's an umbrella!

I received the umbrella, but I had a problem with it.I contacted the seller and within less than a week I got a replacement in perfect condition.It was really easy to deal with customer support.

The first one was bent and had to be returned. Not easy at my age to drag to UPS and get in and out of car. I was not given any trouble as far as a replacement - thank you. The price is very good but you have to realize this is not a heavy canvas umbrella. The color is light beige just like the picture, and I wanted the lighter so great. It will last the season I am sure and that is all I was expecting! Thank you
