I like the items it’s very useful

I haven't gone to the gym since covid but I've been doing the same workouts just by watching them on YouTube. I used this bar for Les Mills Body Pump and it worked great. Really good workout... I already feel stronger from using it once. 20 pounds for me was enough to be challenging but not enough to get injured. I prefer this to a bar with disc weights on the side where I'm worried about them falling off.

This 20 lbs weight bar was on sale. The pvc/rubber on the bar was not damaged as many have mentioned here. In fact, it is very soft and comfortable but I doubt it will not stay intact for too long because it is too soft. The problem are the two end caps. They are not glued face to face, there is about a 20 degree difference between them. Furthermore, the 2 small rubber caps at each end are not well glued. One fell off and the other is about to go. Whoever assembled this is an incompetent. Too bad. Buyers beware.

The product came damaged at the end. The weight denoting rubber piece was lifted from what I can assume is less than adequate adhesive. Also for women do not be fooled by the picture. The the bar is almost 6 inches around and for someone with small hands it could be difficult to move in certain workout scenario’s. It was delivered to the wrong address but that is more a personal problem, just adding it in.

It’s a great stabilizer for squatting exercises. It sits firmly on shoulders. I’ve never used a weight bar before now and I’m in love. I choose the perfect lbs and I have should, back and knee problems and this makes doing exercises easy!!!! I’m very happy with this purchase.

I ordered a 5 lb and a10 lb. Pole. The 10 lb was dammaged upon unpacking. This dammage was definitely caused pre-packing and mailing as it was double boxed and the boxes were in good shape. It makes me angry that the company knowingly shipped me dammaged goods at full price, these weights are not cheap!! I may return it, but I shouldn't have to go through the hassle if quality control was actually performed.
