This is a great suitcase. It’s lightweight at just 8 1/2 pounds, looks great, the wheels work very well over a rough terrain, and the interior is spacious and expandable. It’s perfect for a one week trip, and possibly more.

LOVE this suitcase. The medium size is a normal checkable luggage size that will not incur any extra fees. I had it stuffed, and it rolled around just fine. I love the little lock for the zippers to keep them secure. It is easy to use, and the pockets and straps are great for organization. Super functional and an excellent value for the money. I had to return two oversized suitcases, and this one is of better quality than both. I spent a little more on this luggage, but I am sure it will last for years and years. Very happy with the purchase, Oh! And the purple color is SUPER cute too!

I gave it a 4 because the measurements were ot exactly as described. It is more 22x9x14. It was not as deep as I was hoping when stated 10. The only way it gets to 10 is with the expander open when I do not like to use all the time. The color is great and it it light abd very smooth to use. Overall its nice, just wish it was true to size routinely.

This carry-on roller is a nice lightweight hardshell suitcase with all the basic modern travel features. We have 5-6 different types of roller bags in our house, and this one is my go-to whenever I have a week-long (or shorter) trip. I find it better than all the other Samsonite and other roller bags we have in the house. Pros - Good capacity: has larger capacity than most my other carryon rollers, great for business travel. - Fairly lightweight: Rated at 6.5 lbs., it's fairly light but I wouldn't say it's "ultra light". - Good features: Has all the standard stuff like interior mesh separator w. dual zipper heads on one side, elastic straps on the other side, retractable handle, etc. - Smooth rollers: spinner wheels are smooth and it's easy to push/pull. - Integrated combo lock: Includes a recessed TSA combination lock (default 0000). - Expandable: Can expand when needed (I hardly ever need to expand it though). - Warranty: In theory, it has a 10-year warranty although getting repairs done is a pain. - Airline compliant: The dimensions (21.25" x 15.25" x 10.0" overall) meet most domestic carry-on restrictions. Cons - Scratching: The shell material may be prone to showing scuffs and scratches over time. - Maxed dimensions: The 10.0" depth is the max for some stricter airlines, could be a tight fit on some airplanes. Overall, the combination of capacity, wheel-smoothness, and weight make it my favorite roller carryon in the house, I use it frequently for business travel. Although you can get much cheaper carryon rollers, I've bought some cheaper ones in the past and the wheels don't last and little things like interior lining, zipper heads, etc. make a difference. I would highly recommend this one.

Update: originally this was a 5 star review, but I wish I could reduce it 1.5 stars. I traveled with the medium suitcase from my home to the airport, checked it in, then to my Airbnb. The FIRST thing I recognized the moment I got to the airport was the handle is not sturdy. It’s very thin in comparison to the suitcase and compared to other luggage. My suitcase was only half packed and the handle felt like it was going to break when I tilted my luggage and pulled it. On my way home, my suitcase was packed, and although it never broke, I had to often pull my suitcase with two hands while not tilting because it simple was not sturdy. I actually had to push it instead of walking it by my side because the handle just sucks. I had a heavy duffel on top of it and it really sucked to have to wheel with it. I used Away before and the handle bars are thick and crazy strong with you tilt and roll. You could put heavy duffels on top with no issue. This case, when fully packed there was no way I was going to tilt it. The exterior and interior is perfect. It packs SO much clothing. The expand feature is so helpful. It really is just the handlebar, which is a huge deal imo. My case cleaned off easy and it looks brand new. It got one scuff, not bad, but Away never scuffed. I wouldn’t buy it again because that’s how weak I feel the handle bars are. I wish I could return it. It’s cute tho Original review: I really am happy with this luggage, BUT I haven’t used it yet, so that will be the true test. I bought an Away medium case a few years ago and these feel so much better in my opinion. I think the Away shell might be harder, but I love the look of these and the quality feels pretty on par if not better. I bought the medium 24inch and 28inch. You can see my pics for comparison. Although it’s only a 4 inch difference on paper , it feels and looks way different. 28 inch is big! Def can fit a good months worth of clothing. I’m a light traveler, but want to shop with I travel and I think the medium would do just fine for that. If when I travel and have a bad experience, I’ll come back and rewrite this review. This review is initial impressions. Really love how they look, the rolling feels nice, and the inside is very spacious. I bought some color straps that really make it pop too!
