Vitamins, minerals, and herbs to promote bone health

This formula includes a mix of vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts to support bone health. It contains soy isoflavones so it would not be suitable for anyone avoiding soy products. It also has gelatin capsules, so vegetarians would likely avoid this also. The combination of ingredients in this is fairly good, providing magnesium and calcium as well vitamins D and K. It's not the best bone formula I have seen but it is better than average.
