A delicious cut of meat, perfect to bring in the new year. Exquisite flavor and texture, this is some of the best venison available on the market. Well worth the wait and the price. We used a venison roast recipe and the family enjoyed every last bite. Don’t be discouraged by some of the reviews. It was noted that some have suggested that the portion was a lot smaller than what might be expected otherwise. They would do well to keep in mind that this product is imported to the United States from New Zealand and it is a different species of animal than the typical Whitetail deer found in North America. So keeping that in mind, you will not be disappointed with your purchase. A perfect meal to enjoy with family and friends.

Meat arrived on time. Frozen (packed very well) and the meat was very tasty. Very good service. Will buy again, and recommend to family and friends.

My venison arrived as a very fresh quality meat. Venison has a very low fat content. I enclosed the meat in foil to maintain its moisture, then fried portions to my liking.

The price was painful for the amount of meat. We plan to add it to our Thanksgiving celebration, trying to somewhat duplicate the first Thanksgiving feast.

This is so small, I’ve been an avid hunter my entire life however I now live in the city, and getting venison is harder to acquire in my current state. I am pretty disappointed in the quality and size of this purchase. I feel the seller kind of misrepresented this with pictures and description.

Got here early; a little leery of the packaging but still frozen; product is as described . The marker was completely white when it arrived
