The wood is naturally a rich dark brown colour and is only lightly treated to produced a wonderfully smooth finish and is non toxic. These Chunky needles are fantastic for big knitting with wool. They are a good size for children to handle and make learning to knit less of a challenge. Made with Chilean Oak wood and completely hand made. Simple design for a lighter needle.
