The coating is super resistant to rust and damage. I live in humid weather and even with the chalk and sweat it has held up extremely well. The handle is perfect for one or two arm exercises. I definitely recommend chalk though, because it gets super slick with sweat.

I have 8 different kettlebells of different brands. I bought a 40lb one of this brand. The quality is great and yes it does feel good to hold it. I personally feel the premium price is worth it. If it had come sooner on Amazon, I would've bought several of them. Very happy with the purchase! Highly recommended!
