The package arrived on time and has a great resealable pouch container. The taste was great! As a snack-as in a teaspoon or tablespoon it could be considered a low carbohydrate snack but the serving size is 1 cup and there are 34 carbs so if you are attempting to lose weight you would want to use a small breakfast portion as a "cereal" alternative to give yourself enough room for lots of fruits and veggies for the rest of the day. It' also a little expensive with only three servings per container at 1 cup serving size.

I am not sure if this is valid but there are 17g of sugar, of which, it's added sugar. On the website, it does not show or mention that there is added sugar but with the maple syrup, the naturally present sugar is not quite naturally present and it makes up 12g of the sugar. The package is very small. If you have it in your hand, it is very hard to figure out how little "Food" you are actually looking at. 50g at 640 calories; and 17g of sugar. The little package is supposed to have 7 servings, which is quite equivalent to a handful each time!These vital informations should be included on the pictures for the buyer to understand fully what they are actually buying.

THE MOST AMAZING GRANOLA SUBSTITUTE! I am I love with this cereal. I eat it twice daily with unsweetened coconut milk. It's helped me get some joy back into my life since having an extremely limited diet due to autoimmune diseases. When amazon recently ran out of it, I contacted the company to try to buy it from New Zealand. I didn't realize the import fees I would have to pay. Not only was the company so attentive to my concerns and efficient in canceling my order, they were generous and went above and beyond. I had no idea this cereal could taste any better...but with their love and generosity behind it, it's evident why it's so tasty. For paleo, keto, and those sick and on limited diets... try this, buy a bag, send it to family. It's worth every penny. Very filling, I eat about 1/2 cup per serving. I LOVE THIS CEREAL AND THIS COMPANY!!Ps I love that it doesn't have walnuts or pecans as I am allergic to those nuts. It's rare to find a granola without walnuts, so I appreciate this cereal that much more. No allergy at all to this cereal:)

I like this cereal because it is paleo, low carb and because it's filling. I switched from another flavor, Manuka Crunch, to this flavor because the Manuka flavor was overwhelmingly cinnamon. Too much! This isn't a great alternative in flavor maybe because there is too much cacao,but better than the Manuka and although I love honey, I've never been a fan of Manuka honey, for all it's benefits. It's worth a try. You might love it beyond it's healthy benefits.

Great taste and certainly filled me up. Only thing for those doing wheat belly diet is the sugar from the dried fruit. Taste great but does bring the added sugar.

Not too sweet but just right if you have a sweet tooth. Tried it with almond milk but prefer to eat it dry. Would love it over ice cream lol!! Hope someday it comes in larger sizes! Would order again

This product was too sweet for me. I was expecting more seeds by they were overwhelmed by the chocolate flavor.

This is pretty much all nuts, it's not like a typical cereal, seems odd to put half & half on it. However it tastes great.
