Q: I can't get my lights to work by sensor?

First check that the switch is on the Sensor setting. Put the sensor and strip of lights in a dark area and wave your hand over the sensor. If that doesn’t work try charging the battery via the USB attachment.

Q: Why doesn't the motion sensor work during the day?

This LED strip has built-in motion sensor and light sensor, it will only auto turn on when it detects motion within 3m in the dark, and will auto turn off if no motion is detected within 20 seconds.

Q: what is the size of the control box/charger?

The box is 11cm long x 3.5 cm wide and 2.5cm deep.

Q: What are the widths of these led strips and are they 2 pin?

Yes,they're 8mm wide,2pin. And have a + & - connection every 3 leds. If you need to shorten just cut at the connections.
