Very easy to follow instructions.I kept mine in the bathroom and ran the shower on hot for a few minutes a few times a day .Not a lot happens for the first 9 or 10 days but then it has exploded. I've dated every picture to let you have an idea what I've been seeing. Day 15 is what I have today as I write this review. The lions mane mushroom is way outgrowing the box now and looks very healthy indeed. It's still not ready to harvest yet and I expect will be much bigger by harvesting time. An excellent kit and as long as you do what it says on the box you too should have great results. It's been fun and interesting to watch the development of this very easy to use kit and one I recommend if your want to try growing your own mushrooms. I will be using foragers table grow kits again and hopefully get similar successful results.

Always wanted to grow my own mushrooms and as these were recommended, I thought I'd have a go.So easy! I got 4 yields from the box which is the maximum you can get. The first yield was definitely the best but that's to be expected as I'm told the soil becomes less nutritious after so many growths.Would definitely buy again!Slight downside, nothing to do with the item itself though. I have house plants and sometimes struggle controlling the aphids, they managed to lay eggs in the soil on my last yield, annoying! I'll keep my box away from house plants in future!

Just the best thing ever, I accidentally kept it in storage for too long but it still gave me amazing fruit and I cooked it, I cooked it good.

This grew just as they say. Perfect lions mane mushroom. Expensive for 1 mushroom though.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The instructions were followed to the letter, but nothing grew at all. In comparison, the photo shows Lion's Mane on the left from another supplier which I started 5 days after the the one from Foragers Table---------------------UPDATE: the growing kit from Foragers Table did start to bloom 5 days after my original review. Therefore, success of sorts after all. The mushroom had brown / orange staining and so didn't want to risk eating it, whereas the Lion's Mane from the other supplier (pictured on the left) was eaten.
