Ceramic Diffuser (Inactive)

First and foremost the customer service with this company is top notch. Hopefully you'll never need to contact them but if you do rest assured you will be treated with great care and respect.I got this diffuser to replace an existing unit in my living room. I was attracted to this particular unit because of its ceramic shell and has an elegant design so it looks more like a designer piece than the typical plastic units. I use diffusers everywhere, everyday, and pretty much run them constantly. I have one in my livingroom, another in my bedroom, another at work, and I even have a small portable unit for traveling.Functionality:- Puts out a generous mist. It's no overwhelming but it's also not a little trickle.- Multiple color options. You can set the colors to cycle through all the colors or set it to any of the 7 colors or turn the color off all together. There is a small greenish light that stays on while the unit is running and the same light turns red when the unit is off. This is not a problem but I am a very light sleeper so this wouldn't work for me at night next to my bed. (Even a pin prick of light becomes a blazing sun to me)- Multiple timer settings. You can set the unit to 1hr, 2hr, Continuous or 10 second intermittent diffusion. It has an auto shut-off when the reservoir becomes empty. The unit will run for a very, very long time in the continuous mode. The unit does make a slight beep when the unit turns off automatically.- Quiet operation. The unit does make a little beep when you first turn it on, as you cycle through the various settings and when the unit turns off. Again, this is not a problem but I am a very light sleeper so this wouldn't work for me at night next to my bed.Overall this is a very beautiful diffuser that is loaded with options. I'm very pleased with this product and hopefully it will last many years. If you are looking for a diffuser that is beautiful and functional this is exactly what you want.

I was very excited about this for my bedroom. I have another one in living room that i love that is different brand. I recieved this and it is very cute. I used it for a while every night and vould not see anything coming out or smell any oil. I opened it and the water level had not even gone down. I emailed them and they were very nice about the defect and sent me a new one. The new one has the same issue. I am now stuck with 2 defective diffusers and out $32 bucks. I am super bummed about it because it is so cute. They are now just paper weights that light up.

I LOVE this diffuser. I searched through pages of diffusers on Amazon and there were none quite like this one. One of the most beautiful and classy designs. The ceramic shell diffuses the light beautifully with such a soft warm glow as it cycles through a nice color palette, while it efficiently and quietly diffuses the oils into the room. I use this before bed every night - I set it for 1 hour so if I fall asleep I know it will automatically shut off. During the day I use the intermittent setting to conserve oil. It's versatility is just another great quality. I definitely recommend this product, I couldn't be more thrilled!

I got this for Christmas 2016, it's my first diffuser. I love it, it's really easy to use, clean and the style matches our home.The ceramic top cover doesn't look fragile, it has a little thickness to it. I take care of my things so I make sure to place it where no one might bump into this.Oh and, as soon as you receive this diffuser check your email, you should receive a guide or manual with more info about it. Enjoy! Definitely recommend.*there was a small chip that I found but everything else is in great condition.

Very nice product - I use it every day. The cut out work is very elegant and fits in any decor. Easy to use, is quiet, and well made.

It quit working after two weeks. I'm working with the company to try to get it replaced. It is very pretty though and worked good until it died.
