I didn't measure them.. but they are plenty long enough for anyone. You can just tie them around once if you need to.. or.. just pull them through and replace them with any cotton/canvas straps.. they are not sewn on, but rather pulled through a rivet (maybe rivet isn't the right word.. it's a metal O) and knotted.

Q: Does the apron fade easily?

Thanks for the question! The color shouldn't fade quickly from our linen aprons. If you hang it where it gets a lot of sun, it might fade more quickly. These aprons age wonderfully, as they get softer with use.

Q: Will this protect my clothing from heavy splashing from dishwashing?

It’s not waterproof, but it has protected me from stains from cooking and regular splashing from hand washing dishes. It also stands up well to washing. It’s a nice apron, very functional

Q: How many inches wide is this across chest? Would it be suitable for large chested women?

It is about 13 inches across in the middle of chest where the pocket it.
