The media could not be loaded. The packaging is different and looks suspect. Price too good to be true?

Poor packing
Cleaner is OK and seems less toxic versus other cleaners. However, the method of packing for shipment is very poor. The bottles move withing the box, sometimes sitting upside down. The tops on some of the bottles may not be on tight and will result in spillage. This will usually result in loss of the product, damage to the shipping box and anything next to it. This has happened multiple times, and they have eventually replaced it...but it would be better if it didn't happen in the first place.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that several lids came loose in shipping and some of the product leaked out. The cardboard box was falling apart by the time we got it.

Green Works is great in bathroom
Green Works arrived very quickly. What is really nice is the smaller spray bottle that is easy to handle.Would recommend it and I have used it for a long time.
