Super Junk - Very Poor Quality and Noisy Circuit
I bought this to power a stepper motor drive. It's go soo much electrical noise that the motor starts picking up false steps and runs away. I switched back to our bench top PSU and had no problems. It also makes a loud squealing noise when on. Also my laptop speakers (which were muted) started whining too and it was 20' away. Not only this, but designs sucks too, even though I bought it for DIN rail mount, it does not have ears to mount without DIN rail. I am returning this and ordering something else

4 out of 5 worked
I ordered five of these and only four of them worked. In this day and age. I don't know how something could be shipped from a factory without testing it. I mean I guess it could have broke in shipping but if it did that means it wasn't manufactured well or the design is not good.

Out of box failure.
Brought two of these power supplies. First power supply installed worked perfectly with power applied. Second power supply blew up when 120v applied. Checked to make sure I didn't screw up wiring. I had secure connections at appropriate terminals. Guess 50% isn't too bad.

Quality
Power supply has 3 Vac input connections. L1, L2, ground. When Vac is connected correctly, having the ground connected shorts the circuit. Without the ground connected, the power supply will power up. Internally the ground and L1 are connected. Could not use or sell this product.
