Damaged during shipping
I bought this as a gift for my mom. Sadly I couldn't give it to her because it had been damaged during shipping. I didn't even have to open the box to know it was broken. I could hear broken glass as I was picking up the box, it was that bad. The box had been clearly crushed during shipping. The only pieces that survived were the wooden base and the glass bird at the top. Very disappointed.
