Love it!!! I’ve used it a lot this camping season!!! A little heavy… but this 76 year old Great-Granny can still manage it!!!

A great storage bag and or carry bag for your fire pit. The carry bag holds everything in place, including the lava rocks either horizontally or vertically. Even so, I take a large leaf bag and put the rocks in that first before packing it up. It does have handles to carry either way. The opening is large enough so there is no struggling to get the pit into the cover. It is made very well with strong stitching and thick materials.

Recently got the 24” mega bowl for our summer camp trips. Great unit, unfortunately came with dent in the rim. Got the carry bag to make hauling easier and cleaner. Bag is well constructed and nicely padded. Everything fits in nice and snug. Happy I got it

We bought this fire pit to try and remedy the mess and hassle of a wood burning campfire. Let’s face it, part of the allure to camping is sitting around the fire, talking and laughing with family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors. However, wood smoke blows and swirls around causing many if not most, spending more time up, down, moving all around verses just relaxing at the fire. Another concern for us is the health issues for a few of our family members with asthma related symptoms. There is plenty of that cozy look with this fire burning and the benefit of plenty of heat with the 58000 btu output. With it’s portability, it can go anywhere at anytime. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

We take this camping in travel trailer. Thought it would be a pain to lug around extra propane but it's better then hauling lots of fire wood. Really nice to sit near and warm up. Wife and I love it. You don't get smoke in your eyes and don't smell like you were in a forest fire after using.

It's a great carry case, Wish the bottom of the case was stiffer since the Mega is a tripod so the feet push. I added a double piece of cardboard on the bottom to stiffen it. Now it's perfect. BTW, DON'T ORDER FROM AMAZON. ORDER FROM OUTLAND LIVING DIRECTLY. YOU'LL SAVE MONEY.

While the first one they shipped was damaged, they made it simple to return and sent the new one out fast. It works great!. Having grown up in the North Woods and being used to wood camp fires we didn't know if we'd like this. Wow! were we surprised, we ordered the petrified wood logs separate and did a combo with the lava rocks that come with it. Visitors almost always mistake it for a wood fire. In addition, and really nice is that it gives off the heat of a regular camp fire without leaving our clothes filled with smoke or having to keep shuffling around a fire to avoid smoke in our eyes. We also ordered the heavy duty caring case with the handles, a definite good move on our part. We use it in our Motor-home mostly , its lite and no more messy ashes in our coach or worries about transporting firewood across state/county lines. Great Job Outland!!!

Like many, I bought the Outland Mega at Costco. The firepit absolutely needs to be stored in something or ash and bits of lava rock will drop out continually. I was unaware this carry bag was available, so I taped the box inside and out and stored it in that. To fit it in my truck it had to ride on its side, which meant ash and rock spillage. When I saw this, I ordered it immediately. I wondered how much I'd struggle wrestling my Mega firepit into a bag. I wonder no more! It does this item injustice to call it a bag. It's fully padded, and the sides are rigid enough to stand straight even when empty. I unfolded it, dropped the firepit in, snugged the sides up a bit, and zipped it. Perfect fit. Exceeded my expectations by far. If you own the Outland Mega, you want this. Outland missed the boat when they didn't insert a card in every box showing available accessories. Before using mine, I sprayed it heavily with a silicon based water repellant for tents and camping gear. Not so much for rain, but for easier cleaning. Time will tell.

Very good product and useful for keeping out firepit protected and easy to carry.

Geat cover for your outdoor propane fire pit, carrying strap and fabric handles on the sides, just have to make sure you carry at a level position , the lava rocks on the inside fall all over the place, but your firepit should have a lid for picking up and containing the lava rock inside. Nice and clean, great cover, highly recommended

this is well made and easy to use. However, it is expensive for what it is, but there weren't any cheaper alternatives so needs must. the other issue is the 'carry strap' puts the fire pit on its side - and this means all the lava rock will spill to the side. If used with the cover (not a lid) that comes with the fire pit, it should be okay so long as you don't actually transport too far.

Looks great! Love the way it performs! Easy start and great source of heat!
