Absolutely happy to buy this product. But on battery you have to compromise. Hardly it gives 3 to 4 hours battery timing.

I use this laptop for one thing only. Gaming. So far so good. The performance is great and I am very happy with the purchase - would make the purchase again in a heartbeat. There are only two things that bother me:1) keyboard default switches the @ & " symbol locations. I have fixed this generally, but in game, the default is recognised for some reason.2) the size of the laptop - the screen size is fine, but the keyboard layout is compressed so it's more difficult to consistently hit hotkeys resulting in some in-game bloopers.

i bought the laptop on 17 mar 2022 but in the hp site the warranty activated from 28 fed 2022. they have given me used product and didn’t give proper response.

AMAZING AND SMOOTH

I purchased this in January and now being 8 months of use i can say that i am not satisfied with this product.I am not at all a gamer and do use the laptop for Office use and streaming. Initially the laptop was good, however after 4 months of use, the laptop just crashes at times and ceases to work unless i long press the power button and reboot. Sometimes even by working on excel or outlook the display just goes blank and there is no use of waiting unless it is a forced restart.A normal laptop should be enough for my sort of work but i prefer gaming laptops due to the quality of the hardware and the build quality (even though it is much expensive). My previous laptop was HP Omen and it did not give me any sort of such issues. I had used it for nearly 5 years.Now being a user of this laptop for around 8 months, i am considering to sell it off and get a normal one. Really disappointed.

I liked the product and time of delivery more over the warranty knowing that if anything happen to my laptop I can call Amazon with a click on the app and the service team will be on my door to have it fixed.

This laptop has a very nice design and powerfull performance. Its a light weight too. Highly recommended.
