Great Fibre-Rich Healthy Alternative to Oats
These flaxseeds have a good flavor and tase of good quality. I grind them up and enjoy them mixed in with my fruit and yogurt. They're a convenient way to add some filling fibre to my first meal of the day, usually between 11:00 and 12:30.

Very good quality and value
Very good quality and value - we use the seeds but also like to use in a ginder and mixed into breakfast cereals or other meals. Some ground flax can be too powdery, some too chunky, with a coffee grinder we find this flax seed can be ground to an ideal consistency, not too fine or course.

Great Flax seeds
These are great if you suffer from constipation .Because they are a smaller grade that others ive bought, they work through the bowel easier.2 tablespoons of seed each morning with cereal and lots of milk.

They’re linseeds
They’re linseeds and reasonably priced. Just a bit of a pain having to grind them.
