I bought 2 and built my 3/4 inch lift,they work well and stay in place as they have adhesive.

Needed a heel raise on one side to deal with back issues. Are as advertised, came as promised. Thought I’d need all three layers but only required two. Comes as two sets of 3 gel layers. Has greatly reduced back strain due to scoliosis.
