This is my third purchase and I just love these jackets. Fits my mini donkey just perfectly and she loves wearing it. The jack thinks he should tear it off of her, thus the 3rd purchase. Easy to put on the donks...once they got over the fear of Velcro. (I get it, that noise is weird.) One of these days, I'll take a picture an post it. Jojo looks so pretty in her jacket!

I bought a large for my mini pony. Its well made and he's warm enough. My only problem is the sizing is small. If you think you need a large, go for X-large if they carry it, which I don't think they do. All in all, its a great product well worth the price ... just runs small

Bought this for my Great Dane puppy because I couldn’t a reasonably priced dog coat long enough for her 31” back. This foal coat is an excellent coat for whatever animal. Very well made with many options to make it adjustable, including the flap on the back! Heavy duty, velcro is super tight! Also waterproof!

I’ve had horses for half a century. I know a good blanket when I see one. This blanket really delivers on every aspect a nice blanket has. 1200 denier,nice Velcro,a good lining and wonderfully soft wither fuzzies.Everything adjusts easily and the reflective tape on it is certainly a bonus. Now this review is about my aged goat though. I had purchased a pretty good blanket for her(she’s 16years old and doesn’t create her own heat like she used to.)but the drop wasn’t as low as I liked and it fit her shoulders oddly. This foal blanket proved roomy and soft to keep her comfy. It was easy to adjust too. The drop cuts the wind so much better too. Daisy is allowed full run of our entire property- we’ve had her since she was 3 days old- and as she has aged she has become pretty opinionated about what is goat appropriate. This blanket seems to agree with her very much. I have no idea how long a goat can live, but while she is with us, I want to keep her comfortable and happy. This blanket definitely seems to have done that. 😊

Overall a decent blanket, the double Velcro is strong. The biggest issue is the front doesn’t completely close on the tightest adjustment. Thankfully I can sew so I will be moving the Velcro so that the blanket can be fully closed

My mini horse was diagnosed with cushings disease late last spring and suffered significant weight loss. As I am trying to make sure he is able to stay warm this fall and into winter I ordered a turn out coat from Derby originals. Because his normal size was much too loose, I ordered a second, one size smaller. It fits much better and is less bulky and a tad lighter. Perfect for now. Hopefully, as he gains more weight, I will have the larger one to switch to. Win, win for me. He has a heavier winter coat which is usable for colder temps. I am 100% satisfied with this product.
