I have tried this suppost for some days and it has done all the difference for me physically. I am 33 weeks pregnant and starting to feel pain on my pelvic and back area. It has certainly elevated certain weight and I am constantly wearing it as it gives me the ability to do all my household chores. I wish I had bought it earlier in my pregnancy I'm sure it would have given me the necessary support. I got mine a plus size to have more room for the tummy area to expand and fits perfectly. I'm six months pregnant and I have PDD and this really helps with the pain. I like that it's comfy and snug around my belly without being too constricting, but it also supports my hips. To close the belt, there is one piece of velcro on the end of just one flap so it can be a little challenging to get it to the right snugness and get it fastened without the other flap falling, but once it's on it's on, it's comfortable to either sit or stand/walk with it on.

Yo siento mucha presión y me empieza a doler debajo del vientre, entonces no la recomiendo por periodos largos.
