I am a size 8 in shoe and sock and these fit me perfectly. At the time of writing this review, my particular size are selling at 9.99 which is exceptional value for 6 well made, thick and comfy socks. At around £1.66 a pair these are a real Bargain.These are probably the best short ankle sports socks that I have purchased. Very comfortable indeed, I love the mesh for breathing and the no seam for comfort.I initially purchased these hoping I could wear them with trainers but I am unable to do that, as these sit somewhere between an invisible trainer sock and an ankle sock and are not quite high enough to be comfortable to me. So I decided to wear these around the house, as I cannot wear them with trainers because they get pulled down into the trainer and under my feet. For trainer wear I require quarter socks. Alas these are just too short to be in my sock/trainer "Goldilocks" range.The arch support is something that you can definitely feel but I am not able to comment on how effective or necessary it is. Initially I thought I will get used to the sock squeezing my foot but the longer I try to get used to it, the more I find it annoying. I found that I have to take the socks off to feel relaxed. Fortunately my other half has the same feet size and I have donated these to them. The actual sock is very well made and fine, it just did not suit me. So with that in mind, I have awarded 4 stars and would say...These are highly recommended if you want a short sock between an invisible trainer sock and an ankle sock. Then Buy with confidence. If you need something that sits and stays just above your ankle, look for something else.I do not receive any payment or free goods for writing these reviews. Nothing to dislike about these socks . Really good fit that don’t slip some arch support and extra padding to toes and heels. Bought for work as I’m on my feet all day and cheaper socks get holes in the toes quite easily. Only time will tell on the quality of the socks but they do seem quite well made and tough. Good price for 6 pairs and more than likely will purchase more.

I really like these trainer socks. Fit really snug, and are very comfortable to wear. They don't slip, and are padded at the heel and toes. I am a size 7 and they fit me perfectly. Excellent value for Money.

The socks are very comfortable and although feet are warm when wearing with trainer shoes they are not overly hot. Wash up ok too. Can't say about numerous washes as I have only newly purchased them. Overall very happy with them.

Great socks for the money. Not too thin and do not slip into trainers no matter how hard the workout. Probably a little on the small size so if I had been a size 8 not 7 would have needed the size above. Fit me fine though.

These are great cushion socks with support in the heel and toe area would definitely buy again in another colour great product at a very good price
