Story Reader Dora the Explorer 3 Book Pack

They did not work in our reader very disappointed

This Dora story reader fit a previous story reader from about 12 years ago. I was pleased that it fit and worked just fine. My granddaughter really enjoyed them

I purchase this so that the kids could learn to read. The children did not get too much reading out of this product because the machine that was used to play this do not work. When they played this they did not stay interesting long enough to learn. I like the old fashion reading from the book and not letting the machine do it for you.

All three books & cartridge work fine. My kids love there simple story reader books. Great for reading before bedtime.

My 3 year old loves her Storybook Reader. This Dora set is the best one thus far because they use the actual voices from the Dora show, which my daughter loves. It is amazing to me how long these books can keep her attention. My daughter is not as gentle as I would like her to be with these books and the wire bounding has become bent on some (as are many of the pages), but they still seem to work just fine.

One thing I really liked about this set for the Story Reader was that it used actual character voices in the story.Having the true character voices speak dialogue within the story made the books much more interesting to my child, who loves Dora. Other books I have for the story reader do not use character voices, such as the Winnie the Pooh books. The only bad thing I found was that the wire binding on these books, and all the story reader books, can be easily squished, making it difficult to insert properly in to the story reader.
