I don't take my 2 tablespoons every night but the nights that I do I sleep like a baby. Keeps you regular. Very disgusting and leaves an after taste but you get used to it after awhile.

Very Bitter!
I have bern researching the benefits of soursop for a while now and was excited to find the liquid bitters which i knew would absorb in the system faster. I read the reviews and became a little skeptical when several reviews stated their bitters tasted watered down. I decided to order anyway and can definitely say mine were not watered down. They are very bitter so would suggest chasing with a little bit of juice. I have only been taking a few days so can't attest to seeing any major changes just yet. I take a tablespoon in the morning and a teaspoon at night due to severe chronic pain i experience. I am hoping this will offer relief to from the inflammation causing the pain.

It works
The flavor is bitter like it's name but I pass it with some pinneaple juice, if you take it at night you'll be going to the bathroom in the morning for sure.
