Oxygen absorbers were worthless.
Opened the absorbers just before time to seal. They were worthless. Did not heat up. Probably ruined about $500. of freeze dried food; everything definitely at risk & length of storage reduced.Bags themselves were good, but so what? If what is IN the bags do not store, what you have is a shiny bag of spoiled food. That is the problem with sellers. Focus on profit as opposed to quality. I guess it would have been too much to ask to seal the FRESH oxygen absorbers in a glass jar. Probably would have cost an extra $.50, which I would have gladly paid to insure I received a product that actually worked as advertised.Just another rip off. Damage done is far in excess of the purchase price, but I guess the important thing is seller made its profit.

Sturdy & excellent quality Mylar bags! Highly recommended.
I just got into using Mylar bags. Before I used mason jars for storing my coffee beans I buy in bulk, but have recently switched to using Mylar bags.I used the large bags for storing the coffee beans whole, medium for giving away beans to my family, and the small pouches when I grind the beans to take with me for my over pour coffee on my weekend getaways (a must have since Covid started). I have to say these bags are sturdy, keeps my coffee fresh, and are more efficient than mason jars for my situation.Out of all the other bags on the market I chose this one because of the variety and price. It’s thicker than some of the others but not too thick where it’s not as pliable but still does the job.

Great product. The smallest bag is less useful
These mylar bags are just the right thickness to be easy to use but not TOO thick. Sealing was a breeze with an ironing board and iron. The smallest bags are the least useful as far as your prep or long term storage but I found they were the perfect size for a small single serve jetboil type meal. You could use them for herbs and seasonings as well.The oxy absorbers worked excellently as well. Great product! Will buy more as needed.

Nice bags
The bags are really nice and I would buy again. The O2 packs are meant to be used all at once I think. I made the mistake of thinking I could use some and then reseal the bag for another time. You can’t, once opened they are activated. For me that is. Maybe I used them wrong. I opened pack and took out 2 that were needed and examined the rest. In that short time they all activated.
