Heat not working
I ordered it due it's heating therapy.. but vibration is working heat is not working.No replacement has done.. saying lies that someone refuse to collect it.

Vibration working, heating not working
The vibration module is working fine but not the heating. The machine gets heated after 15-20 minutes of usage but I think the vibration motors are getting heated. And as it can be seen in the images that the item I received is a used product, it has scratches all over and there was no packing, it was just the machine in box. Although it has the user manual. The quality of the product seems okay, neither good nor bad.

Not a good product - does not last beyond a month !!!
Unlike the other much cheaper belts that are available on Amazon, this is a great product. I ordered it, and have been using it, but it has barely been a month, and it has broken down. As of now, it is completely unusable !!!Please do not buy ! Absolutely not recommended.
