I use these as my everyday chopsticks and as my dining room display and they look beautiful even after many washes. I hand wash them because there is literally no other utensil on the planet easier to hand clean than a chopstick, so I can't speak to how they hold up in the dishwasher.They feel heavy while not weighed down, and they look beautiful dressed up with china or with fun servingware like my Halloween plates and black fringe napkins.
