As expected with the hugely discounted price you'll receive the camera in it's singular "Bare Bone" form with one battery and charging cables only. Most "Ready to Shoot" packages run around $100 more. Would be nice to get an extra battery with these cameras but you get what you pay for. I'm Still Satisfied!

I bought one a while a go and the pictures and videos are absolutely amazing. It says it takes 9.2 megapixel stills but the pics are SOOOO Good! This camera is totally worth the price. It is also so easy to use. The audio for the videos is exceptional as well! I definitely think this little camcorder deserves every star of the 5 stars that I am giving it!!! Bravo SONY!

Great camera

I was looking for a cam, that I could pause video, as I film. Using it to film multitude Parakeet Cages. I have 50 Parakeets in 6 huge flight cages. I stream LIVE over YouTube, for viewers to watch them interact and mate. However, sometimes viewers want more details of BIRDS. So, my iPhone doesn't have PAUSE feature anymore. As I move cage to cage. Makes a sloppy video. So I bought this camera, being promised it has a PAUSE. It Does NOT. Makes a New video, every-time, I hit Standby. So with that said, I had to buy Software, to piece videos together. Very time consuming, and viewers loose interests. PLUS: The microphone is AWFUL! Can NOT add my own microphone. Only PLUS, is 60X ZOOM--which is shaky and blurry. Can not add flash for lighting. Making darker shady moments very grainy. Another PLUS: Has a secret battery compartment, to store and extra battery. Does not keep that battery charged. Just there for storage, if need and hopefully fully charged when needed. PLUS: Shaking is subdued. Software I bought is: Vegas Studio 15. With Limited options, as well. Wanted Corel, however they were sold out. I was using COREL trial version via my iPhone videos, and it crashes all the time. Tech support for Corel is in INDIA, and they are awful to talk to. Lots of excuses of issues at hand, that made no sense. So I didn't buy COREL. OH.....let me warn you about this: The fully loaded with new data--- its-bitty memory card, JUMPS out of camera....and I could not find for several hours.......when I found it, it was 6 feet away from where I opened camera. I will add more to this review, if Amazon, allows this one to be posted. (since I bought my cam at BestBuy.

This is a great camera. I have 2 but I broke one. I paid the extra as it’s advertised as new. BUYER BEWARE! Camera looks like it may have been new, but the package contents were hand selected. I received a grey market item, intended for Russia, according to the box. No user manuals, but a US charging plug. The camera I received was PAL video, which is useless in the US. In addition, the seller I bought it from, despite having shipped back the item complete, as I received it, gave me the runaround about giving my money back. Only when I filed a dispute with Synchrony Bank, who owns my Amazon credit card, did I get a refund.

Aggiornamento 2024-05-15: la batteria si è scaricata completamente, e la videocamera non riesce a ricaricarla. Ho acquistato un carica batterie doppio con 2 batterie e ora tutto ok. Metto sempre 5 stelle. Recensione precedente: ottima per il prezzo e le caratterisitiche audio/video che offre: dal prezzo (pagata 183 euro) sembrerebbe un prodotto non performante, ma messa alla prova con riprese della cerimonia di prima comunione e cresima, di registrazioni di prodotti HIFI in cui l'audio è fondamentale, si è rilevata un ottimo prodotto. Ricordo la videocamera Samsung DV che ho preso molti anni fa: questa Sony è un Mondo avanti come audio e ottimo video, oltre ad essere costata 9 volte di meno (la tecnologia fa miracoli). la registrazione direttamente in MP4 è di buona qualità, le immagini risultano discretamente stabili anche con dettagli lontani e zoom elevato. La parte migliore è l'audio, non credevo che potesse essere così molto simile a quello che si sente dal vivo con soli 183 euro. La durata della batteria è buona e sufficiente per qualche ora di registrazione (mi sembra circa 2,5-3 ore, ma l'avevo caricata e usata tempo fa e utilizzata in più volte differenti, fino a circa 2,5-3 ore)

Fiyatına göre bekleneni tam karşılığıyla veren bir ürün. Videolarda daha fazla kalite istiyorsanız 60p çekebilirsiniz. Ayrıca aynı anda iki formatta kaydederek biri yüksek biri düşük görüntü kalitesi imkanı tanıyor.

Satisfecho con la compra por varias razones, aunque solo la haya utilizado dos días. El peso de la cámara es inmejorable, no pesa nada y eso ayuda mucho tanto para transportarla como para no cansarte mientras estás filmando si lo haces con el brazo alzado. Tiene buen zoom y calidad de imagen. Es muy ergonómica ya que no tiene batería externa. La tarjeta SD hay que comprarla a parte, no permite filmar si no hay tarjeta de memoria incluida. Antes tenía un modelo anterior pero me la robaron, he decidido comprar este modelo siguiente que era un poco más caro, pero por ahora estoy muy contento

The Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens is what separates Sony handycam from other camcorders in terms of picture quality and an wide angle of viewing. The 60x optical zoom gives clear pictures even at full zoom ranges. The auto picture adjustments work just fine if you're a casual photographer and dont have much idea about manual settings. The LCD display is also very crisp. Overall, a good buy for anybody wanting a camera for blogging or any other non professional applications.
