Used this to tighten some 1/2" lag bolts on the deck and also used it to take the lug nuts off a car. This thing is fantastic, worked great, easy to use, saved lots of time from having to drag the air-hose out or to use ratchets and wrenches. Definitely worth the money, so glad I finally bought one.

I bought this product to speed up the removal of wheel lugnuts and just after a few uses the battery has failed. I now have a useless drill that is still brand new.Can someone instruct me on obtaining a replacement battery? I would appreciate it.

For home projects this thing is awesome! The light is super helpful

I bought the Kimo model 3603S on 8/16/2022. After I received the item I recharged the battery for about 30 minutes and then used it for auto work for about 5 minutes. It worked well and the quality was good. Since then I have never used it again but I recharged the battery every two months. Yesterday I tried to used it again but it did not work any more. When I pressed the trigger it only worked for about 4 seconds, then I need to put the battery into the charger for two seconds to reset it, and it worked again but only for 4 seconds. I need to repeated this process again and again. Finally I concluded that the battery is bad. I'll contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace the bad battery.

For the price I paid, I was not expecting much. but it surprised me. I read the reviews ahead of time and decided to buy it. I bought it to use for changing a tire and for simple automotive work on my own cars. It’s very strong when loosening something. Also tightens good but I would recommend using a torque wrench right after using this since I don’t feel the bolts tightens all the way back on the wheel. The battery holds up good in my opinion. I don’t use it 24/7 but, I have put it to the test and the battery held up well. Comes with little chrome sockets and a carrying case. Overall to have in the trunk in case you got to change your tire on the freeway or for basic work, It’ll do the job. I only use a bigger, more expensive electric ratchet, when this one does not want to loosen a really stuck on bolt. But it’s for sure a tough, affordable, electric ratchet for the price.

So far it’s all good. Easy to clean,and has the power needed. Mostly work on cars and motorcycles.

I accidently dropped my Kimo 3/8 impact into a full bucket of coolant. I got it out immediately. Used air to blow dry and the battery also. The tool still works perfectly fine. I was worried it was ruined but nope it really is very durable. Love it.
