This is a quick and easy way to get your prebiotic supplement. The powder is unflavored and odorless. It is easy to dissolve in cold or hot liquid. You can add it to your coffee or beverage without impact the taste. The quality is good. It is made with 5 different plant-based prebiotics, including guar fiber, organic agave inulin, FOS, organic acacia, and larch arabinogalactan. They work great for fueling the good bacteria in your gut. This comes in a plastic container with a security seal under the lid. A serving is one heaping scoop and there are 30 servings in the container. One serving contains 6.8g of the prebiotic blend, 5g of dietary fiber and 15 calories. Easy to drink as it doesn't change the taste of the beverage you dissolve it in. Overall, I'm pleased with this prebiotic powder. It works well for me and help me stay regular. Good stuff.

It doesn’t dissolve, it just clumps up.

I’ve heard good things about this product, I’m so exited to see the results. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bottle only has half of it.

The Prebiotic powder arrives in a jar that contains 204g (7.2oz) of the powder, with each serving being 6.8g, so 30 servings per jar. There is a scoop included within the jar, however I prefer to weigh powders out as scoop isn’t too reliable of a measure. Each serving has 15 calories and 5g of Fiber per serving. The powder is a very fine consistency, and mixes easily even within a shaker bottle. The powder is, ‘Unflavored”, so it blends well in a smoothie/shake without imparting some other taste. According to the jar it is recommended to mix 1 scoop with 8oz of a cold or hot liquid, once daily. Once this drink powder is mixed, the drink’s texture is smooth, I didn’t notice much grittiness or anything. Besides the 5g of Fiber, this Nordic Flora Prebiotic powder is made up of a, “Nordic Flora Prebiotic Blend” and no other ingredients. The blend consists of: - Guar Fiber - Organic Agave Inulin - FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) - Organic Acacia (Gum Arabic) - Larch Arabinogalactan (Larix spp.) Overall, if you’re looking for an unflavored Prebiotic powder without many ingredients, this is a good option. It mixes well in my morning shake/smoothie, and doesn’t seem to impart any flavor. No complaints, it’s as I expected.
