Small and useful, just the right size for small shaping tasks

Not used yet, but not sure about the finish which seems like a coating.I would have preferred bare metal. Time will tell. It is OK for what I want it for, which is a small comprehensive tool bag and not aimed at jewellery use particularly.

Although I’m sure it’d be great for lots of people’s crafts, it’s not ideal for metal stamping, the pad is a little too soft and doesn’t quite leave the impressions I was hoping for. The pad also came a bit dirty with a few little marks on, which could well have been from storage or handling. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for what I wanted it for however I’m sure it’ll come in handy for something smaller in the future :) Just be weary if stamping is what you want it for! :)

Useful mini hammer

This item is not worth the money they’ve charged. A hammer you could buy in a cheap pound store and a slice of rubber. The rubber by the way looks like it was an off cut from someone’s project. Exactly what kind of work could you do on this? Unsuitable for wire work and it’s not man enough for anything else. Do yourself a favour, save your money and use a rock and the floor to do your jewellery making.

Hammer worked great, but needed a steel base plate to flatten Brass rods to make swords for figures. The one you get with this hammer is rubber. However I already had a steel base plate.

Tried using it with silver plated copper wire. The block was so soft that rather than flatten the wire, it was the block that was left with impressions from the wire. The flat side of the hammer wasn't completely flat either. But the size of the hammer is nice. I've ordered another, harder steel block and will try this hammer again. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Hamer is uit de verpakking toegekomen met een afbladderende legering... Gelijk geretourneerd. Wat dan wel weer moet gezegd worden: het slagblok voelde heel solide aan, meer solide dan de hamer.

Overall it's a alright hammer, you get what you pay for and quality is what I expected, the hammer very loose and the quality of the head needs a little work to make it smooth
