We use this amount in daily portions over a month. These hearts are just what we like, they are beautiful and taste great!!The problem which I'll report on later is that we spent a lot of time and research on how to keep the hearts for a month without cooking and freezing.Time will tell?? And it did with excellent results!! I will relate our experience/technique:Our daughter Is a chemist and explained how Bacteria immediately gets to the food after a can is opened. Also told me that Distilled White Vinegar is a good bacterial killer.I used five 16 oz.canning jars with good sealing lids. They were thoroughly washed and rinsed with vinegar. Filled each jar with hearts and then partially filled with the brine from the can. Topped off each jar with vinegar and after sealing put them in the refrigerator.They were perfect for the whole month!!!! Worked for us, hope for you also??

So impressed with this can of artichoke hearts! All whole, no broken pieces, and they managed to pack so many in there. Very little of the net weight is just added water. Sometimes, we use canned artichokes to make sauces and dips, but these can easily be used whole in salads or roasted. With the subscription, you can't beat the price either. If you're going to have a little and save them, I do recommend saving the brine in a container as well. However they're preserving these is perfect!

The artichokes were too mushy.

I get these through the subscribe and save program which makes them an even better deal. They have great flavor and they're huge. I make quite a number of recipes from the one can. Perfect in main dishes like Artichoke Chicken and in Hot Artichoke Dip.

The artichoke hearts are a perfect size, taste is excellent (after a good rinsing) and can be used in all recipes calling for artichoke hearts. We purchased these to use when we do not have the time to make fresh artichokes.

completely water logged. most of the hearts were falling apart. spend the extra bucks for the ones in oil.

I love artichokes. I was hesitant to buy so much at once but I’m enjoying it. Very good buy 😋Update… I liked the taste, but I had a strange reaction and I checked the info… holy moly that’s a lot of sodium. Not so good for blood pressure and heart 😕. So I changed from 5 stars to 3 stars.

These are wonderful. I subscribe, and I take the whole can, drain it thoroughly, then put into a clear plastic jar with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I eat them all month on salads. The price is great. (Plus, artichokes are SO good for the liver!)
