Soft and sweet but kind of small
The brown side is a soft, plush, ribbed velour and the pink side is a sleek satiny fabric – my daughter loves this for her 12 inch baby doll. It wasn't quite large enough to bundle her doll up in so she has turned the pink side up and laid it on the bottom of the toy crib - it looks really cute. We both really liked the embroidered inscription: Bless this Child. it's just a sweet little versatile blanket :-)

DESCRIPTION IS WRONG
I was expecting a 28in x 28in blanket, but this is actually maybe a 12in x 12 in "blankie". bought this for my neices baptism and it was not was i was expecting. the related item listed as "blanket" is the full size.
