Q: Hello, did the formula change? It doesn't contain squalane anymore and Polydecene instead.

I just rec’d mine from Amazon today and noticed this as well. I only ordered here due to Ulta no longer carrying it. I compared the boxes i rec’d today to the ones purchased from Ulta earlier this year & last year. While the ingredients match what is listed here on Amazon, there are 2 ingredients missing when compared to Ulta - one of which is squalane. Also the box is all English, whereas Ulta’s is/was in Japanese. I combed thru Reddit and the only explanation I can find is that the American formula differs from the original Japanese/Kao formula. According to Ratzilla, Curel does make them different. Not sure why squalane of all things would be left out though. I’m going to look in to this more. I might be returning mine even though I just slathered my face in it and it feels and smells the same lol. We shall see. Sorry if this isn’t super helpful. (And PS this is why i rarely order from amazon - every skincare product I’ve rec’d from them has been different and/or possibly counterfeit).

I don’t know if this is vegan. The ingredients are listed with the item description, and sound like a bunch of chemicals that I don’t know what they are derived from. Try contacting the seller or Curiel.

Q: is this non-oil based?

I’m not sure, all I can tell you is this very light and does not affect my sensitive skin negatively at all

Q: where products are where products are made made

I research this so I know that it is made in Japan, hard to find but the ‘daily moisture’ is the one that is my preference, I have facial allergies and this and Vaseline are the only thing that I can put on my Face.
