This gem is a life-saver. I didn't buy it for shedding purposes, but it just so happened that it coincided with my dog's shedding. I bought it to keep her from having to wear the dreaded cone after her spaying surgery. It's easy to unzip for bathroom breaks and my dog doesn't seem to mind wearing it. Bonus that it's containing all the hair she's shedding too. She is a german shepherd so it doesn't fit super snug on the belly side towards the back. However, I still think I would purchase the xl because it was needed for the length. It has kept her from messing with her incision and from being a wrecking ball with the blasted cone. Highly recommend!

My pup had abdominal surgery and the cone just made his so nervous and also was constantly knocking into things. This body suit is a perfect fit. Easily zips back up. I have a male dog and this doesn’t effect or get in the way of urination or defecation. It appears to be pretty comfortable for him. I did originally get this for my golden doodle and it was pretty tight on her and did not feel comfortable with the zipper rubbing against the incision. But because my other dog is pretty slender, it works well for him.

The zipper is plastic and did not last 12 hours before it broke. This is a good design, did what it was intended to due but, a cheap zipper that lasted 2 zips was what failed. Don't buy! It is way to expensive for zipper used. I just flushed 40 bucks down the drain and have to scramble to find another suit for my spayed dog.Update: I was contacted by vendor who offered to refund my money. The customer service was great.

I liked this product but it didn’t really fit my dog the way I thought it would besides that it’s pretty good

This product completely changed the game! I recently adopted a puppy and needed to get him neutered and he also needed an umbilical hernia removed. With both of these procedures done he was already very uncomfortable. I felt so bad having him in an e-collar because I could tell he hated it. It was hard for him to sleep, walk, eat, etc. in his e-collar. I thankfully found this product and ordered it right away. It shipped super fast and my dog was so happy! He was able to move more freely and was much more comfortable. Also, if anyone is wondering, this onesie is super light weight so your pup won't get hot in it! I've already recommended this product to so many people! 5 stars

Put in on my golden retriever to see if it would help calm her down during a thunderstorm. it was a bit small so I ended up not getting both back legs in place. didn't seem to help much for calming her down either but bought int mainly for when a foster dog shows up right after surgery.

Great quality product. Big enough to fit my 150 lb Saint Bernard although it was a bit tight around her neck. Much better that the cone of shame after her spay.

This has been a great resource while our 14 month old, 110 lb Dogue de Bordeaux recovers from neuterization. Our vet was skeptical, insisting he’d have to wear his cone of shame. He was so clumsy with the cone on.As long as we have the bottom zipper closed, he doesn’t lick his incision.We’ll be saving this for when we spay our girl in the spring. Hopefully it’ll fit since she’ll likely be bigger than he is (5 months younger than he is). If not, we plan on getting the next size up!
