Absolutely easy and fool-proof to use!
I love this thing. I tried making sushi rolls in the past with bamboo mats, and the results were pretty abysmal. Not with this Sushezi knock-off! This thing rocks! And it's so easy to use! (granted, it won't come with english instructions--go to youtube and search "how to use sushezi" and you'll see everything you need to know. It's pretty dang simple! You don't even have to be super precise with the amount of rice you put in--you might have lumps and gaps on the ends, and yet it'll still look (and taste, of course) great.Don't believe me? Check out this photo--this was my first attempt with this! This was 3 rolls (1 cup of sushi rice, plus fillings), and each one took me no more than 3 minutes, from filling to cutting. No joke. Here are a few tips that I have:--oil/grease the inside of the canister each time you use it. I used butter, but you may prefer oil or whatever.--use real sushi rice. Nicer grocery stores carry it, and i'm pretty sure even Walmart carries it. The grains are more pearl shaped than the rice you normally eat. Sushi rice will make a HUGE difference in the quality of your rolls.--when cutting, use a gentle sawing motion. A straight up-down "slice" motion won't work--just saw back and forth, nice and easy.--when cutting, cut the seam where the nori overlaps first. This is the part that's most likely to tear, and by cutting it first you'll get the cleanest cut possible.--when cutting, leave your kitchen tap running lightly, and dip your knife under the water on both sides after each piece that you cut. You don't have to wash the rice residue off, just get it wet.Have fun! This thing really makes sushi SO EASY! (and no, I didn't get the product for free, or at a discount, or otherwise receive compensation for this review. I paid the full seven bones for it and it was absolutely worth it!)

Works for my needs
I use it mostly for poor mans sushi, rice with teriyaki spam, works well, just need to cut it as it comes out for best results, unless you're using sushi rice, it will still kinda fall apart, but still works.

Works perfectly, could be re-designed to be better
This made for a fun evening. It would be a better design if it was hinged in some way. Because the side connections don't clip together very well and seem like they will snap off with a few uses. The body was good plastic. I've made sushi the regular way with a bamboo mat and I have also used a mold. The bazooka was the fastest way to make many rolls quickly. It just takes a few tries to learn how much rice to use and how much filling. It is fast enough and easy enough that I got a second bazooka. All the vendors on here seem to have the exact same bazooka so get the cheapest and you probably don't need a big kit with chopsticks sets, just get the simple bazooka. If they re-design to where there is a hinge that allows the 2 halves to align and close up easier I will buy that version but still keep these.

Junk
This is just terrible. The idea is great but nothing works properly. The 2 pieces don’t latch so everything explodes. Unfortunately I didn’t get yo use it until after my return window. This is going in the trash.

No instructions!
Luckily I have my own sushi book and can go online for better instructions. Just arrived in a box - no paperwork, no instructions or recipes. Very poorly made but will try to work it out. I'm good in the kitchen so hopefully I can rewrite my review. Right now - disappointed!!

It’s ok
I like that it’s easier to make sushi than the traditional way but if you never made sushi before I suggest you try that traditional route first just to get the idea what the sushi should look like, this isn’t the best starter tool
